Our company

The UCIM Unternehmensberatung GmbH & Co. Immobilien Management KG is a family-owned company based in Düsseldorf, Germany, founded in 1993 by project developer and business consultant Dieter Lensing. Since then successfully positioned on the market, in 2014 management was transfered to the next generation and Goetz Reto Lensing took over.
